Your time at Durham is bound to be fantastic and will hopefully be problem free, but that isn't to say that you won't face a number of challenges that you have not come across before. The most important thing is that you take advantage of the support services that are available. The Advice Centre is free, confidential, impartial and friendly and the door is always open. It is situated on Level A of Dunelm House (DSU). My office is in the advice centre so please feel free to drop-in if you need anything at all.
