 Door Supervisors

Door Supervisors are a requirement of running a safe, successful venue. Our staff are SIA registered, professional, friendly and experienced at handling all sizes and types of events. 

Bars

You need to let us know if your event needs a bar. We may ask you for a guaranteed minimum spend.

 Catering

We have a range of options available for you. Please ask when you are booking your room.

 First Aid

When we run large events we have St John's Ambulance on site. This is an excellent, invaluable service and we may insist on this option being taken for larger events.

 Health and Safety

Dunelm House is one of the safest, friendliest venues around and we aim to keep it that way. Everything staged here has public and staff safety as a prerequisite and our staff will ensure that all requirements are met.

Fire Policy

 Please be aware of all contingencies and protocols and make guests aware of the fire exits. Policy documents are on display throughout Dunelm House and are available behind Main Reception.  Entertainment Regulations Please read the relevent and make yourself aware of Entertainment regulations and requirements before you book an entertainment event in Dunelm House.
